This section contains a sampling of wonderful diners. There are a variety of styles represented but I admit to a preference for older barrel-roofed Worcesters and streamlined Sterlings. Some newer "chromies" have snuck in here, too. I am much more interested in exteriors than interiors (although you will find plenty of indoor diner photos as well). Unlike other websites, I don't discuss the quality of the food since the focus here is on architecture.
My traveling is somewhat limited to the Northeast but I do break out of the region several times a year. If you have favorite diners that are not included here, I'd love to hear about them and see photos. If I include your photos at my website, I will definitely give you credit. For more diners and historical info, see the Links/Books page. Enjoy!
